Refund policy
All pieces we sold are non-refundable.
We made all the pieces by hands, and take extra care during the process, however, if there is any failure arised, we want to put it right. Simply by letting us know within 10 days upon received. We will offer you a replacement or credit note.
If any fault or damage due to delivery issue, please contact us at hello@fabcessories.com we will arrange redelivery. Please be aware that proof of damage will be required.
